Core Curriculum
English Language Arts
We teach ELA using HMH Into Reading. The program uses five key concepts: phonological awareness, phonics/decoding, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension to develop our students' reading skills as well as a love of reading and writing.
Envision Math
The enVision math program allows students to solve problems using a hands on approach to mathematics. Students learn more about math by solving rich, reality-based problems. Through this program students gain a deeper, clearer understanding of math concepts with visual models and scaffolds in every lesson.
Amplify Science
Amplify Science is a K–8 science curriculum that blends hands-on investigations, literacy-rich activities, and interactive digital tools to empower students to think, read, write, and argue like real scientists and engineers.
Grade K-1 Social Studies
We teach social studies using Scholastic magazine in grades K-1. This magazine captivates students’ attention with authentic texts that build knowledge, skills and engagement all school year. Each student receives a personal copy of every magazine issue once a month.

Grade 5 Social Studies
The 5th grade is studying the Western Hemisphere using Social Studies Weekly, a student friendly weekly periodical that is organized thematically and aligned to the New York Social Studies Framework.
