- RL 4.2 Determining Themes
- RL 4.2 Retelling/Summary/Synthesis
- RL 4.3 Character Response/Change
- Use text evidence to explain your ideas
- Refer to the checklist in your Home Binder to help you know what to write
- Complete the response on reinforced loose leaf (1 pg.)
- Include a proper heading
- You may use any of the four priority standards for your response:
- i-Ready Reading
- 30 minutes per week
- Read-Aloud Response: Choose ONE of the following questions and respond in at least 3 sentences
- Should Rob tell Willie May about the tiger? What would happen if he does?
- What does Willie May mean when she says Rob has to let “the sadness rise on up?”
